Shipping Information - Domestic and International
The shipping method we use is FEDEX (www.fedex.com) for both domestic and international deliveries. On the whole, delivery by other methods has proven too unreliable, and we do not like to be held responsible for services outside our control.
Shipping fees are based on order total:

|$50.01 - $100.00
|$100.01 - $200.00
|$200.01 - $400.00
|$400.01 - $600.00
|$600.01 - $800.00
In most cases orders placed before noon Pacific Standard Time will ship same-day as long as we have the items in stock. (Orders received over the internet on Saturday, Sunday, or on Holidays will usually ship the following business day). You can find out what the transit time will be by looking at the map below. In most cases it will take 2-5 business days (from the day your order is shipped, NOT from the day you order) for packages to arrive.
International Shipping Information:
International shipments are via FEDEX only. Shipping by air to international addresses can be very expensive. Unfortunately our On-line store does not calculate Air Shipping at this time. The final shipping total that will be due is based on the weight and dimensions of the actual boxed order, as well as it's destination. A sales representative will call or email you with a shipping total for your approval BEFORE we invoice/ship.

We cannot be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions , or other regulations that apply in countries outside the United States. We encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions.
Important! - The shipping fees we charge for international deliveries are what the shipper charges *us* to deliver the package to you. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local FEDEX or customs office for further information.
Credit card orders:
In most cases, for first time customers we will only ship to the billing address associated with the credit card used.
We reserve the right to verify all credit card orders by tracking IP number of the submitting browser, checking addresses, etc. Fraudulent use of credit cards is not tolerated.
Our minimum shipping charge is $7.95.
Reasons orders may be delayed:
Billing information inconsistent with what's on the credit card record...requiring further verification.
Billing address/name different from shipping address/name, requiring verification. Again, we must verify the credit card information before shipping to protect credit card holders.
High-value items are ordered without a manned, working phone number for phone verification. You must have a working phone number with your order.
Wrong address or zip code used in the order....UPS can't deliver and may send the packages back to us.
"Will Call" (walk-in) Orders:
Yes, we do allow customers to pick up their order in person at our offices/warehouse. However, we do ask customers to place the order over the phone in advance to allow us time to prepare the order, and to be sure the part(s) you need are in stock. Will-call hours are between 9 and 11 am or 1 and 3 pm Monday-Friday. We are primarily a mail-order company, and are not set up appropriately for retail over-the-counter sales. If you choose to show up unannounced, please be prepared to wait before your order is processed.
