We pride ourselves on fast, affordable shipping. Most orders placed before 2:00pm (PST) SHIP THE SAME DAY! Orders in the Continental U.S. primarily ship FedEx Ground. Destinations outside the Continental U.S., please submit your order and we will respond with a shipping quote.

RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
-No returns after 30 days.
-No returns on any Special Order or Drop Ship items such as wiring harnesses, convertible tops or colored interior kits.
-No returns on electrical components, installation manuals, or DVD's NOT manufactured by Airhead Parts/KGPR.

You may return a part not listed above for any reason as long as the parts have not been altered by installation, customization, or misuse. Parts must be returned in the exact condition they left.

Obtain RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) before returning any merchandise. Clearly print the RMA# on the outside of the package. Packages with no RMA# will be refused.

All returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee unless Airhead Parts/KGPR was in error. Restocking fees ARE WAIVED if returns are for store credit.

DAMAGE CLAIMS
Unpack and inspect all parts as soon as they arrive. Damaged-in-transit or missing item claims must be initiated within 2 days of receipt of goods. FedEx will deny any claims made after the deadline.

CORES
Cores must be in rebuildable condition. Please write the invoice number and the word "CORE" on the outside of the package. Cores must be returned within 60 days. All BOSCH cores must be returned in original box to receive credit.
